At Enchanted Hair and Beauty, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. SHIPPING 

All on hand items will ship out within 48 hours from payment date. After your item is shipped out it will arrive in 1-3 business days. Please be mindful that this only applies to items on hand ONLY. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact USPS if you happen to miss the delivery.

PRE-order turnaround time frame

For all orders that are not on hand, please allow up to 5-7 business for processing and fulfillment. After processing your order will arrive is 2-4 days. Please be advised that you may not receive any updates on your order while its being processed. Your tracking or pickup information will be sent via email after your order has been processed. *Business days do NOT include weekends and holidays*

REFUNDS & RETURNS

There are absolutely NO returns or exchanges on any hair that has been worn, colored, bleached or cut! The hair must be completly untouched and unused. This also includes bundles they were unraveled. If you by chance recieved the wrong order, please email enchanted.hair19@icloud.com. You will have up to 7 days and you may send it back using the return address provided and we will be more than happy to replace it. Otherwise ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
